Dr. Igal German is a professor of the Hebrew Bible, a Messianic Jewish apologist, and the founding director of Yesod Bible Center and the International Biblical Apologetics Association. Dr. German has extensive teaching experience in theological institutions across Canada and the United States, most notably at Moody Theological Seminary.

Dr. German specializes in biblical theology, the New Testament in its Jewish context, Biblical and Modern Hebrew, the history of biblical interpretation, and counter-cultural apologetics. He is the author of The Fall Reconsidered: A Literary Synthesis of the Primeval Sin Narratives against the Backdrop of the History of Exegesis (2016). His passion for biblical scholarship is evident in his commitment to imparting the full spectrum of knowledge to his students.
